Explore the world between tides!
The Ocean Institue in Dana Point, CA will be hosting one of their public tidepool hikes with one of their expert naturalists.
The hike will take you to the Marine Conservation Area behind the Ocean Institute to explore the area and search for snails, crabs, sea stars, and other animals in the exact place that they call home. So bring the family along to become a tidepool explorer, remember the winter months are the best time to explore these magical marine ecosystems!
Tickets will be $15 a person and will require you to sign-up in advance because space is limited!
Please Note:
Hike Difficulty Rating: Moderate to Strenuous
Please be prepared for rocky, uneven, and slick terrain for the entire hike.
Dress: Closed-toed, Closed-heeled sturdy shoes are required. We also recommend sunscreen, light layers, and water.
