Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix has been around since 1930 and I remember going to visit friends and family and seeing that famous box! It has definitely earned the title of being a pantry favorite!
Growing up I believe it was three boxes for a dollar and it is still a bargain at around $0.69 a box – the additional ingredients required are most likely already in your kitchen!
